Senior Tender Specialist (Pharmacist) – Saudi Arabia

About the role

We are looking for a highly driven Senior Tender Specialist with a pharmacy background to manage pharmaceutical tenders across Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on securing institutional business, ensuring compliance from award through delivery, and coordinating closely with government entities such as NUPCO.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and review upcoming tender opportunities on NUPCO and other governmental platforms.
• Prepare and submit complete tender documentation in line with regulatory and commercial requirements.
• Coordinate pricing submissions, technical files, and required certifications.
• Track tender results, communicate award status internally, and maintain strong relationships with NUPCO and other stakeholders.
• Ensure full compliance with SFDA regulations and tender guidelines.
• Work with supply‑chain and warehouse teams to manage awarded tenders, monitor shipment timelines, and resolve delivery or documentation issues.
• Maintain tender tracking reports, dashboards, and contract utilization records.
• Support pricing strategies for institutional accounts and flag risks related to delays, shortages, or compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy (mandatory).
• Registered pharmacist; Saudi Commission for Health Specialties preferred.
• 3–6 years of experience in pharmaceutical tendering within KSA.
• Hands‑on experience with NUPCO tenders and familiarity with SFDA regulations.
