ServiceNow Delivery Manager – Riyadh

About the role

As a ServiceNow Delivery Manager you will co‑lead a delivery team serving strategic customers in Riyadh. You will balance project success, employee well‑being and business goals while acting as a role model for the company’s core values.

Key responsibilities

• Own resource planning, project scheduling and chargeability for the team.
• Drive utilization (billable vs non‑billable) and match demand with delivery capacity.
• Lead delivery of ServiceNow services and solutions, proactively managing challenges.
• Ensure alignment with tactical and operational policies.
• Collaborate with strategic, HR and commercial stakeholders, providing regular input.
• Coach, mentor and guide team members on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Define, track and optimise key performance indicators (KPIs) to meet operational, financial and development goals.
• Monitor service quality to satisfy short‑ and long‑term client expectations.
• Foster a learning culture, promote knowledge sharing and organise team‑building initiatives.
• Drive performance‑management cycles and champion a collaborative, high‑performance environment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of leadership or team‑management experience in IT services or consulting.
• Proven experience managing complex projects, including ServiceNow delivery.
• Track record of supporting pre‑sales activities and engaging with customers.
• Experience working with KPIs, financials and professional‑services operations.
• Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
