Site Engineer

About the role

KONE is seeking a Site Engineer to lead installation projects from hand‑over to client delivery and maintenance. You will supervise the installation team, ensure safety and quality, and manage project finances.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the complete installation project, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget delivery.
• Maintain site safety and manage environmental aspects of the work.
• Plan and organise material delivery, storage, and subcontractor orders.
• Prepare the site, verify readiness, and apply correct KONE installation methods.
• Coordinate with accounts payable and controlling for payment terms.
• Conduct final equipment testing and hand over to maintenance.
• Manage customer and subcontractor relationships, ensuring satisfaction and safety performance.
• Lead, develop and motivate site operatives, handling performance and training needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 2‑4 years of experience in the construction industry.
• Strong project management and administrative abilities.
• Experience with quality assurance and quality control processes.
• Fluent verbal and written English and Arabic.
