Smart Construction Project Manager

About the role

The Smart Construction Project Manager will lead the deployment of advanced digital solutions on construction sites, ensuring that projects meet performance, safety and productivity targets while driving user adoption of new technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full lifecycle implementation of Smart Construction systems across assigned projects.
• Ensure compliance with project‑specific Smart Construction requirements and digital governance standards.
• Monitor, validate and analyse productivity, HSSE, workforce and equipment KPIs via digital dashboards.
• Support and validate integration between Smart Construction platforms, ERP and planning systems to guarantee data consistency.
• Coordinate daily operations with site teams, contractors and technology providers.
• Prepare and deliver structured digital performance reports and system status updates.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in construction project management.
• PMP certification or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of construction execution and digital governance.
• Proven leadership, decision‑making and customer‑focus abilities.

Required skills

• BIM (Building Information Modeling).
• IoT (Internet of Things) applications in construction.
• Digital Twin technology.
