Special Systems Lead – International Airport Project

About the role

Bechtel is seeking a Special Systems Lead to head the systems engineering effort for the King Salman International Airport project in Riyadh. You will guide a multidisciplinary team, develop staffing estimates, and ensure that engineering work aligns with project scope, schedule, and budget.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of systems engineering professionals.
• Develop detailed work plans, staffing estimates, and schedules for large‑scale airport terminals.
• Prepare cost and performance estimates and monitor implementation progress.
• Ensure all systems engineering deliverables meet Bechtel and client requirements.
• Coordinate with technical, commercial, and construction management functions.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading systems engineering teams on complex infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of airport terminal design and construction processes.
• Ability to manage multiple work streams and deliver results within tight timelines.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
