About the role

The Technical Account Manager at T2.sa will act as the primary technical liaison for B2B and B2G clients, driving new business acquisition while stewarding existing relationships. You will ensure optimal use of T2.sa’s software portfolio and identify expansion opportunities across Saudi Arabia and beyond.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify high‑potential prospects through market analysis and networking.
  • Deliver technical presentations and product demonstrations for solutions such as Ole5 and RiCH.
  • Lead technical responses to RFPs/RFQs, ensuring compliance with public‑sector procurement rules.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing to develop entry strategies for untapped market segments.
  • Build and maintain relationships with C‑suite executives and senior government officials.
  • Drive client satisfaction, contract renewals, upselling and cross‑selling of additional T2.sa solutions.
  • Provide technical advocacy, best‑practice guidance, and act as escalation point for complex issues.

Required profile

  • Proven experience in technical consultative selling and account management within B2B or B2G environments.
  • Strong understanding of digital transformation initiatives and public‑sector procurement processes.
  • Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills with senior stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple RFP/RFQ cycles and deliver compliant technical proposals.
  • Results‑driven mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
