Technical Support Engineer – Smart Home (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

IMOU, a global leader in smart home security, is looking for a Technical Support Engineer to support its business development in Saudi Arabia. The role combines training, technical assistance, product promotion and localisation activities for distributors, resellers and installers.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver offline and online training sessions for sales teams, distributors, resellers, installers and promoters covering new product launches and quarterly updates.
• Provide online technical support via chat, phone and social platforms, handling installation issues, connectivity problems and video playback queries.
• Perform on‑site technical troubleshooting and resolve product quality issues for partners.
• Translate and adapt user guides, quick‑start manuals and instructional videos into Arabic.
• Represent IMOU at customer meetings, product launches and industry exhibitions, delivering product presentations and technical solutions.
• Maintain and promote the partner application by updating product materials and encouraging adoption among resellers and installers.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a technical support role.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or related discipline.
• Fluent in English and Arabic (reading, writing and speaking).
• Willingness to travel frequently for on‑site support and events.
