Treasury Team Leader

About the role

The Treasury Team Leader will oversee the company’s liquidity, cash‑flow forecasting and foreign‑exchange risk management. Reporting to the Treasurer, this role ensures that trading activities stay within approved limits while supporting strategic financial objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with banks and other financial institutions.
• Forecast cash‑flow positions, borrowing needs and investment opportunities.
• Manage day‑to‑day liquidity, profit‑margin risk and FX exposure at the corporate level.
• Supervise traders to ensure transactions comply with pre‑assigned limits and budget targets.
• Introduce new treasury products and activities to enhance future profitability.
• Participate in the creation and implementation of treasury policies and procedures.
• Monitor and report on liquidity, funding positions and foreign‑currency revenue against objectives.
• Ensure all treasury operations meet regulatory and internal risk requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in treasury or cash‑management functions.
• Strong understanding of liquidity planning, cash‑flow forecasting and FX risk.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of traders.
• Experience developing and enforcing treasury policies.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills.
