Account Coordinator – Business Development (Entry Level)

About the role

As an Account Coordinator within EY’s Clients and Industries team, you will support one of the firm’s most strategic accounts. This entry‑level position is ideal for graduates eager to build a foundation in account operations and stakeholder coordination in a professional services environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support account leadership with day‑to‑day account management and coordination activities.
• Coordinate effectively with internal stakeholders across service lines and functions.
• Maintain accurate and up‑to‑date account data and tracking information.
• Assist with preparation of materials and insights to support account planning and decision‑making.
• Ensure tasks and deliverables are completed on time and in line with EY quality standards.
• Handle confidential client and business information with professionalism and discretion.

Required profile

• Strong communication skills in both English and Arabic.
• Collaborative approach and ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
• Curiosity to understand client organisations and how EY supports them.
• Ability to translate account data into a clear, structured narrative.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Confidence using Excel and Microsoft Office tools.
