About the role
The Account Executive will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with both new and existing clients. You will act as the primary point of contact, understanding client needs and presenting tailored solutions to drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients to understand their business needs.
- Present and demonstrate products or services to clients and prospects.
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through networking, cold calling, and market research.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts in collaboration with internal teams.
- Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and presentations.
- Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product, operations) to ensure client satisfaction.
- Track all sales activities and client communications in the CRM system.
- Provide regular reports and forecasts to sales leadership.
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor offerings.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in sales, account management, or business development.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to identifying and closing sales opportunities.
- Fresh graduates with relevant internships may also be considered.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
- Excellent negotiation and problem‑solving abilities.
