About the role
We are seeking an Account Strategist / Account Manager to lead high‑impact client relationships in a fast‑paced B2B growth environment. The role is remote‑first, focused on outbound strategy, measurable outcomes, and long‑term partnership growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage 10‑15 active client accounts, ensuring health, retention, and growth.
- Develop and optimise outbound omnichannel strategies aligned with client goals.
- Lead daily client meetings covering strategy, progress, and issue resolution.
- Coordinate cross‑functional delivery pods of SDRs, researchers, and content specialists.
- Monitor campaign performance, identify blockers, and implement corrective actions.
- Handle escalations and align internal stakeholders to improve outcomes.
- Balance personal performance targets with broader team KPIs.
Required profile
- 3+ years of experience in account management, customer success, B2B lead generation, or similar client‑facing roles.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent client projects in fast‑paced agency or SaaS settings.
- Strong stakeholder management and professional client communication skills.
- Excellent organisational and time‑management abilities with high attention to detail.
- Native or C2‑level English proficiency, both written and spoken.
