AI Native Software Engineer

About the role

We are a forward-thinking services company that helps enterprise clients adopt AI-native workflows. As an AI Native Software Engineer you will design, build and operate intelligent agents that automate and augment business processes at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with client stakeholders to define use cases, prototype, and deploy robust, secure agentic workflows.
• Design and implement enterprise-ready AI agents with retrieval, orchestration, policy-based routing, tool invocation, evaluation harnesses and lifecycle observability.
• Develop abstraction layers across multiple AI providers (Anthropic, Google, OpenAI) to enable multi-provider integration.
• Build and maintain cloud-native services using Kubernetes, Docker, microservices, serverless and event-driven architectures.
• Own deployment pipelines, monitoring, and troubleshooting for production systems.
• Tailor agentic applications to domain-specific requirements in finance, healthcare, retail and other verticals.
• Lead design workshops, proof-of-concepts and code-with sessions to foster client adoption.
• Define metrics, test harnesses and evaluation plans to continuously improve accuracy, latency, safety and cost.

Required profile

• Strong background in cloud-native software engineering and enterprise AI solutions.
• Hands-on experience designing, deploying and operating AI agents in production.
• Ability to work in ambiguous environments and deliver concrete results.
• Excellent communication skills for both technical and non-technical audiences.

Required skills

• Kubernetes and Docker containerization.
• Microservices, serverless and event-driven architectures.
• CI/CD pipelines and observability stacks.
• AI platform integration with providers such as Anthropic, Google and OpenAI.
