Creative Director – Visual Identity & Packaging

About the role

The Creative Director – Visual Identity & Packaging will shape and steer the brand’s visual language across all product and customer touchpoints. Reporting to senior management, this leader will ensure the brand stands out through innovative packaging and consistent visual identity.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall creative vision and visual direction for the brand.
• Establish a distinctive visual identity that aligns with brand positioning and strategic goals.
• Conceptualise and approve premium packaging designs, labels, gift boxes, retail displays and other brand assets.
• Maintain and evolve brand‑identity systems, including typography, colour palettes and design language.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing, Procurement, Supply Chain and Quality teams throughout the product lifecycle.
• Drive packaging innovation in materials, finishes, functionality and premium experience.
• Work with suppliers, printers and manufacturers to ensure accurate execution of creative concepts.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive Brand and Packaging Guidelines.
• Monitor global trends in branding, luxury retail, beauty, cosmetics and consumer behaviour.
• Lead, mentor and develop the creative team, ensuring high performance and creative excellence.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts, Branding, Marketing or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in branding, packaging design or creative leadership within consumer‑facing brands.
• Proven track record of leading creative teams and delivering successful branding and packaging projects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating premium packaging and visual identity work.
