Customer Support Specialist - Remote

About the role

We are seeking a proactive, customer‑oriented Customer Support Specialist to join our fully remote team. In this position you will be the front line of communication, helping customers across email, live chat, and phone while delivering a high‑quality experience.

Key responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries via email, live chat, and phone.
• Provide accurate information about products, services, and company policies.
• Assist with account management, order questions, troubleshooting, and general support requests.
• Investigate and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex issues when necessary.
• Maintain detailed records of interactions in internal systems and follow up to confirm resolution.
• Collect feedback, share insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of products and services.
• Utilize CRM platforms and support tools, keeping documentation and FAQs up to date.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in customer support or a related role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a customer‑first attitude.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and comfortable working independently.
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus.
