Customer Technical Support – Ink Products

About the role

We are seeking a Customer Technical Support professional to provide expert assistance for our water‑based and solvent‑based ink products. The role involves troubleshooting technical issues, optimizing product performance, and ensuring high customer satisfaction in an industrial printing environment.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical support to customers on ink application, performance, and troubleshooting.
• Respond to inquiries about product specifications, usage guidelines, and technical challenges.
• Assist customers in resolving issues to minimize production downtime.
• Conduct on‑site or remote technical support, trials, and product demonstrations as needed.
• Collaborate with Sales, R&D, and Production teams to address customer feedback.
• Prepare technical reports, root‑cause analyses, and corrective‑action recommendations.
• Support customers during product implementation, testing, and qualification phases.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions, issues, and solutions.
• Contribute to continuous‑improvement initiatives based on field experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Printing Technology or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of hands‑on experience in technical support for ink products.
• Proven experience with water‑based and solvent‑based inks in an industrial setting.
• Strong knowledge of ink formulations, printing processes, and application techniques.
• Excellent problem‑solving, analytical, and communication skills.
