DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager – Remote

About the role

We are looking for a hands‑on DevSecOps Platforms Engineering Manager to lead the design, automation, security and optimisation of the platforms that enable our engineering teams to deliver software quickly and safely. This remote position will shape our DevSecOps strategy, improve developer productivity and embed best‑in‑class automation and security practices across the software delivery lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Provide technical leadership and mentorship for DevSecOps platforms and engineering best practices.
• Define and execute the roadmap for tooling, CI/CD pipelines and platform services.
• Design, implement and maintain automated CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab CI, GitHub Actions or Azure DevOps.
• Drive infrastructure‑as‑code initiatives with Terraform or Pulumi.
• Manage and scale cloud‑native infrastructure on AWS, Azure or GCP and oversee Kubernetes, EKS, AKS and GKE clusters.
• Integrate security testing (SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA) into pipelines and champion DevSecOps security practices.
• Implement observability solutions with ELK Stack, Prometheus/Grafana, Datadog and related tools.
• Collaborate with development, security and operations teams to continuously improve delivery processes and developer experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related technical field.
• 6+ years of experience in DevOps, SRE, infrastructure engineering or software development with a strong focus on automation.
• Proven hands‑on experience building and operating CI/CD pipelines and cloud‑native platforms.
