Dive Center Manager

About the role

The Manager – Dive Center leads the GALAXEA Dive Center at The Red Sea destination, overseeing all diving activities, courses and guest experiences. This site‑based leadership position ensures operations meet luxury hospitality standards while complying with international diving regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage daily operations, including scheduling, resource allocation and guest flow.
• Ensure all diving activities are performed safely, professionally and in line with SOPs and training agency standards.
• Monitor operational performance, service delivery and guest satisfaction, acting as the primary escalation point.
• Deliver exceptional, personalized diving experiences that reflect luxury service standards.
• Handle guest feedback, complaints and service recovery to maintain high satisfaction levels.
• Lead, mentor and manage a team of instructors, divemasters, technicians and marine crew, overseeing recruitment, onboarding, training and performance management.
• Ensure all staff hold valid certifications and meet competency requirements.
• Maintain the highest health, safety and compliance standards, enforcing international diving regulations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing dive centre operations or similar marine hospitality activities.
• Strong leadership and team‑development skills.
• Ability to ensure safety and regulatory compliance in a high‑performance environment.
• Excellent guest‑service orientation and problem‑solving capabilities.
