Employee Communications Senior Analyst

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking an Internal Communications Senior Analyst to support the development and execution of internal communication activities that strengthen employee engagement, raise awareness of business priorities, and back organizational initiatives across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Support the execution of internal communication plans and campaigns aligned with business priorities and employee engagement goals.
• Draft and coordinate internal communication materials such as announcements, leadership messages, newsletters, intranet content, FAQs, employee stories, and event communications.
• Assist with communication activities related to business updates, employee engagement initiatives, leadership visits, and organizational changes.
• Help plan and execute quarterly town halls, leadership sessions, employee events, and recognition activities, including agenda preparation.

Required profile

• Experience supporting internal communication plans and campaigns.
• Strong ability to draft clear and engaging written communications for diverse employee groups.
• Collaboration skills to work closely with HR, functional teams, and regional communications stakeholders.
• Organizational skills for coordinating events, town halls, and recognition programs.
