Finance Manager

About the role

The Finance Manager will oversee financial operations across multiple business sectors, including construction, real estate development, manufacturing, and education. Reporting to senior management, the role ensures financial stability, accurate reporting, and supports strategic decision‑making at the executive level.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage annual budgets and financial plans for all business units.
• Oversee project‑based budgeting, cost control, and cash‑flow planning.
• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports.
• Ensure revenue recognition complies with IFRS 15 and contract milestones.
• Lead progress billing and percentage‑of‑completion accounting for projects.
• Conduct financial feasibility studies (ROI, IRR, NPV) for new investments.
• Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll, and employee‑related financial obligations.
• Maintain internal controls, ensure compliance with Saudi regulations (ZATCA, Zakat, GOSI, WPS) and coordinate external audits.
• Supervise banking relationships, financing facilities and loan structures.
• Oversee ERP financial modules (Odoo, SAP, Oracle) and guarantee data accuracy.
• Act as deputy to the CFO, providing financial insights and supporting strategic decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or related field (Master’s preferred).
• Professional certification such as CFA, CMA or equivalent.
• 8–12 years of financial management experience, preferably across multiple sectors.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi regulatory environment and IFRS standards.
• Proven experience in project accounting, cost control and contract‑based revenue recognition.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with ERP systems: Odoo, SAP, Oracle.
• In‑depth understanding of IFRS 15 revenue recognition.
• Expertise in Saudi financial regulations (ZATCA, Zakat, GOSI, WPS).
