Financial Analyst – Corporate Performance

About the role

The Institute is seeking a Financial Analyst to support financial analysis, forecasting, and reporting of its activities and new business opportunities. The role will help identify performance improvement opportunities across the Institute.

Key responsibilities

• Perform timely reconciliations of financial transactions, resolve conflicts, and support vendor payments.
• Coordinate with partners, donors, and sponsors to maintain accurate contribution records and periodic reporting.
• Prepare regular financial and business reports for management review, including revenue, fund-raising, earnings, and expense analysis.
• Develop financial models to aid decision‑making and create actionable reporting on business trends.
• Contribute to the development and enhancement of reporting procedures, internal controls, and compliance with Institute policies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in finance, accounting, or a related discipline.
• Fluent English (mandatory); Arabic and French are preferred.
