About the role
Join Hempel’s 12‑month Graduate Program focused on Sales, Customer Success and Commercial Excellence. You will receive structured training, real‑world exposure to customers and sales strategy, and mentorship from senior sales leaders.
Key responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Collaborate with sales teams on live business opportunities.
- Analyze customer needs and help develop value‑based solutions.
- Support account and territory management, including pipeline and CRM usage.
- Participate in business development and account planning activities.
Required profile
- Fresh graduate with a degree in Business, Engineering or a related field.
- Strong communication skills and a passion for sales.
- Motivated, results‑driven and eager to learn.
- Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Residing in Saudi Arabia and willing to work in Riyadh, Jeddah or Dammam.
