Ground and Rail Coordinator

About the role

The Ground and Rail Coordinator will join our operations team to ensure the smooth movement of shipments across rail and road networks. You will act as the central point of contact, coordinating daily activities and addressing any issues that arise to keep deliveries on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily rail and trucking operations to achieve on‑time delivery.
• Track shipments, monitor transport schedules and proactively resolve delays or operational issues.
• Liaise with carriers, rail operators, customers and internal teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Prepare and verify shipping documentation and generate performance reports.
• Ensure compliance with safety, regulatory and company standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in transportation or logistics operations.
• Strong coordination, communication and problem‑solving abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, operational environment.
