Head of Brand & Enrollment Marketing

About the role

The Head of Brand & Enrollment Marketing will lead the creation and execution of the institution’s brand strategy and marketing programmes to drive enrolment, brand awareness and business growth. This founding‑level position offers the chance to build the marketing function from the ground up and shape the institution’s presence across multiple international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and implement a cohesive brand strategy, ensuring strong identity and market positioning.
• Develop annual marketing plans and campaign calendars aligned with enrolment and revenue targets.
• Design and launch multi‑channel campaigns based on customer insights, messaging, creative execution and channel optimisation.
• Integrate digital lead‑generation initiatives and act as product owner for the website and digital presence.
• Collaborate with student recruitment teams to meet lead‑generation and enrolment goals.
• Support planning and execution of key institutional events and activations.
• Continuously improve marketing effectiveness through reporting, automation, analytics and optimisation.
• Lead, mentor and grow a high‑performing marketing team.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and ensure brand standards with partners.
• Develop and control the marketing budget, providing accurate reporting and ROI analysis.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of marketing experience, including at least 5 years in a senior leadership role.
• Proven expertise in marketing strategy, planning and lead generation across multiple markets.
• Strong track record of building and scaling marketing functions in competitive environments.
• Ability to work collaboratively with academic, admissions and external stakeholders.
