Network Systems & Data Security Administrator

About the role

We are seeking a Network Systems & Data Security Administrator to design, implement and maintain our perimeter and internal security infrastructure. The role focuses on managing firewalls, DDoS protection, access control, endpoint protection and vulnerability management to ensure a resilient and compliant environment.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Cisco Firepower firewalls and Cisco FMC, as well as Palo Alto firewalls, handling policy tuning, NAT and traffic inspection.
• Manage Broadcom Bluecoat Web Proxy for secure internet access and URL filtering.
• Operate DDoS protection solutions such as Arbor and Akamai to guarantee network availability.
• Configure and support F5 platforms – APM (VPN Remote Access), ASM (Web Application Firewall) and GTM (DNS/Traffic Management).
• Ensure proper network segmentation, firewall rule optimization and secure connectivity across environments.
• Administer Cisco ISE and ForeScout NAC for authentication, authorization, accounting and device visibility.
• Manage IAM/MFA solutions (OneIdentity, Azure MFA) and privileged access management (Delinea).
• Oversee Microsoft Certificate Authority for certificate lifecycle management.
• Administer endpoint protection (Symantec Endpoint Protection, Microsoft Defender) and email security gateway (Symantec Messaging Gateway).
• Run vulnerability scans with Qualys and Tenable Nessus, coordinate patching and remediation.
• Support Microsoft DLP, Microsoft Purview, and application security tools (Checkmarx, SecureEyes) from an infrastructure perspective.
• Manage database security controls using Imperva.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in network security, cybersecurity operations or security administration.
• Hands‑on experience with multiple security platforms and tools.
• Strong understanding of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, VPN, routing and switching.
• Experience integrating security solutions with SIEM, SOAR, IAM and endpoint tools.
• Familiarity with threat intelligence platforms and incident response processes.
