Program Manager – Debit Diversification (PMO)

About the role

We are looking for a highly organized and strategic Program Manager to lead the Debit Diversification Program in Saudi Arabia. The role sits within our Consulting & Analytics function and focuses on increasing credit and prepaid card penetration among existing debit cardholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the end‑to‑end delivery of the Debit Diversification Program across seven participating banks.
• Recruit, train and manage 4‑6 telesales agents per bank, ensuring effective outbound sales.
• Implement tracking systems, develop reports and templates, and communicate updates to stakeholders.
• Coordinate in‑person sales training sessions and organize competitions and incentive programs.
• Manage the program budget and ensure cost‑effective resource allocation.

Required profile

• 7+ years of program management experience, preferably in financial services.
• Strong leadership, analytical and data‑driven decision‑making abilities.
• Fluency in Arabic and English (written, verbal and presentation).
• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT or related field (Master’s preferred).

Required skills

• Proficiency with reporting tools.
• Experience using project management software.
