Project Manager – Telecom, ICT & IT Infrastructure

About the role

Digital Era is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of Telecom, ICT, Cybersecurity, ELV and IT Infrastructure projects across Saudi Arabia and the GCC. You will own the full project lifecycle, from contract award through to final handover, ensuring safety, schedule, budget and quality standards are met.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end project execution, including planning, procurement, engineering, manufacturing, installation, testing and commissioning.
• Review contracts, scope, specifications, drawings and risk registers.
• Develop execution plans, baseline schedules, milestones and reporting structures.
• Coordinate technical submittals with engineering and design teams.
• Lead procurement activities, vendor follow‑ups, logistics and supplier management.
• Monitor manufacturing progress, FAT, inspections, shipment planning and site delivery readiness.
• Oversee site execution, SAT activities and final handover.
• Ensure compliance with HSE, QA/QC, contractual and technical standards.
• Control project cost, budgeting, invoicing, cash flow, claims and change management.
• Prepare progress reports, dashboards, forecasts and client communications.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or related field.
• PMP certification preferred.
• 7–10 years of experience in EPC, Telecom, ICT, Cybersecurity, ELV or IT Infrastructure projects.
• Proven track record managing projects from award to handover in Saudi Arabia or GCC.
• Strong stakeholder management, commercial awareness and risk management skills.
