About the role

We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist to lead the attraction, sourcing and engagement of top talent, while delivering a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

The role involves close collaboration with hiring managers and requires strong communication and relationship‑building skills.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and attract qualified candidates through various sourcing channels.
• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates and hiring managers.
• Handle multiple vacancies simultaneously in a fast‑paced environment.
• Maintain accurate records and recruitment metrics.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Strong sourcing abilities and excellent communication skills.
• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage several openings at once.
