Regional Manager – Southern Region (KSA)

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead and represent the Company across the Southern Region of Saudi Arabia. This senior position is responsible for overseeing project delivery, ensuring operational quality, and maintaining strong relationships with the Ministry and other government authorities.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Company before the Ministry, government authorities, and regional partners.
• Lead, monitor, and report on the execution of all Company projects and initiatives in the region.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders.
• Conduct regular field visits to assess operations, capture local needs, and support affiliate companies.
• Monitor program quality, registration rates, subscriptions, and service point compliance.
• Coordinate content distribution, material logistics, and resource allocation with sites and authorities.
• Work with government bodies on recruitment, interview processes, and staff readiness.
• Organise and oversee training, workshops, and capacity‑building initiatives.
• Supervise specialized service centers, verify service quality, and resolve operational challenges.
