Regional Manager – Western Region of KSA

About the role

The Regional Manager will lead and represent the Company across the Western Region of Saudi Arabia. This senior position oversees project delivery, coordinates with the Ministry and other government authorities, and ensures alignment of the Company’s initiatives with regional strategic goals.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Company before the Ministry, government authorities and partners throughout the Western Region.
• Lead, monitor and report on the execution of projects and initiatives in line with approved plans.
• Build and maintain strategic relationships with regional leaders and stakeholders.
• Submit periodic performance, risk and opportunity reports to executive management.
• Conduct regular field visits to operational sites, affiliate companies and specialized service centers.
• Monitor operational quality of programs, service points and content delivery, ensuring compliance with standards.
• Coordinate recruitment activities with government authorities, organize interviews and track staff readiness.
• Facilitate training, workshops and capacity‑building initiatives for staff and leaders.
• Oversee distribution of materials and resources, resolve operational challenges and raise field observations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in leading regional operations and representing an organization to government bodies.
• Strong ability to build effective strategic relationships with stakeholders.
• Demonstrated competence in preparing and presenting periodic performance reports.
• Willingness to conduct regular field visits and provide on‑site assessments.
• Experience coordinating recruitment, training and capacity‑building activities.
