Reporting & Compliance Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Reporting & Compliance Manager to join our Riyadh team, overseeing reporting governance, compliance management, and project controls for large‑scale hospitality, resort and real‑estate developments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain executive and board‑level reports, KPI dashboards and compliance registers.
• Coordinate reporting activities with Finance, Legal, Projects and Operations teams.
• Support audits and ensure adherence to governance and regulatory standards.
• Utilise platforms such as Aconex, ACC, Asite or SharePoint for document and data management.
• Lead the preparation of project control documentation and monitor performance against targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of experience in reporting, governance, compliance or project controls.
• Background in hospitality, resorts or mega‑development projects, preferably on the owner side, PMC or as a client representative.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Finance, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with KPI reporting and dashboard creation.
• Experience using Aconex, ACC, Asite, SharePoint or similar collaboration platforms.
• Strong ability to prepare executive‑level reports and support audit processes.
