Reservations Agent

About the role

The Reservations Agent is the first point of contact for guests seeking room reservations at Conrad Riyadh. You will deliver exceptional service, turning inquiries into confirmed bookings while upholding the Hilton brand standards.

Key responsibilities

• Convert guest inquiries quickly into contracted reservations.
• Respond positively to sales inquiries and generate future sales leads.
• Identify and qualify sales opportunities as appropriate.
• Ensure all reservations are completed accurately and meet guest expectations.
• Provide prompt, professional service while maintaining brand standards.

Required profile

• Passion for delivering great customer service.
• Highly professional telephone manner and excellent communication skills.
• Outstanding administrative and organizational abilities.
• Intermediate computer proficiency.
• Previous experience in a reservations environment (preferred).
• Tertiary qualification or equivalent collegiate degree (preferred).
