About the role
The Sales Account Executive is a senior sales professional responsible for driving revenue growth and expanding strategic accounts across public and private sector clients in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a trusted commercial partner, shaping opportunities early in the sales cycle and positioning tailored IT, ERP, consulting, and digital transformation solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to increase market penetration and long‑term client value.
- Identify, qualify and pursue new business opportunities within major public and private sector accounts.
- Build and maintain relationships with senior client stakeholders, including C‑level executives.
- Lead the full sales lifecycle from lead qualification to negotiation and deal closure.
- Coordinate RFP/RFI/RFQ responses and ensure alignment with client expectations.
- Collaborate with presales, solution architects, delivery and product teams to craft integrated solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline, accurate CRM records and reliable forecasts.
- Monitor account performance, market trends and competitor activities to refine strategies.
Required profile
- Proven senior sales experience in the IT/ERP space, preferably within Saudi Arabia.
- Demonstrated ability to manage high‑value client relationships and influence C‑level decision makers.
- Strong understanding of public and private sector procurement cycles and market dynamics.
- Excellent communication, negotiation and commercial acumen.
