Senior Product Owner – Hardware & Software Ecosystem

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Product Owner to lead the development of a unified productivity ecosystem that spans a smart physical device, mobile and desktop applications, and a growing suite of integrations. Based in Saudi Arabia, you will own the end‑to‑end product experience, turning fast‑moving inputs into clear priorities and executable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Own and evolve a hardware‑software ecosystem, ensuring a consistent user experience across devices, apps and integrations.
• Define, structure and prioritize the product roadmap based on feedback, data and strategic goals.
• Design and refine core user journeys such as focus modes, timers, distraction blocking and automation workflows.
• Align hardware and software behavior to guarantee seamless interaction between the device and third‑party services.
• Collaborate with engineering, design, marketing, support and operations to define requirements, user flows and acceptance criteria.
• Monitor activation, retention, engagement and repeat‑usage metrics and use insights to guide prioritisation.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in product ownership, product management or product leadership with end‑to‑end responsibility for digital products.
• Proven ability to operate at the intersection of hardware and software and to translate ambiguous inputs into structured roadmaps.
• Strong communication skills and experience working in agile, fast‑paced environments.
• Data‑driven product judgment and the capacity to maintain roadmap discipline.
