Site Manager – 380 kV Substation (Electrical)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead the execution of 380 kV substation projects. The role involves supervising all on‑site activities, ensuring strict adherence to Saudi Electricity Company (SEC) standards, and delivering projects safely, on time, and with high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise day‑to‑day site operations for 380 kV substation projects.
• Monitor installation, testing, and commissioning of GIS, transformers, switchgear, and protection systems.
• Ensure work complies with SEC standards, project drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with supervisors, foremen, subcontractors, and the project team.
• Track progress, prepare reports, and update project management.
• Enforce safety regulations and quality standards on site.
• Identify technical issues and support their resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and site records.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or Power Engineering.
• 10–15 years of experience on 380 kV substation projects.
• Hands‑on experience in installation and site supervision.
• Strong knowledge of substation equipment and high‑voltage systems.
• Familiarity with SEC standards is preferred.
• Excellent communication and coordination abilities.
• Ability to work under site conditions and meet deadlines.

Required skills
