Site Supervisor – Construction Project

About the role

The Site Supervisor oversees daily activities on construction sites, ensuring work progresses according to technical specifications and approved schedules. Acting as the link between work teams, the Site Engineer, and project management, the role guarantees efficient workflow and compliance with quality and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise assigned work and monitor progress at the project site.
• Assist in developing plans required to complete project activities.
• Identify project requirements, resources, and materials needed for execution.
• Track attendance and absence of technicians and company employees, reporting observations.
• Contribute to manpower and recruitment planning for projects.
• Provide suggestions to improve project performance and execution.
• Execute tasks and instructions from the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Maintain a presence on site to ensure efficient daily workflow.
• Prepare and submit progress reports to management.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and suppliers to achieve project objectives.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, quality standards, and safety requirements.

Required profile

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• Minimum three years of experience in a similar field role.
• Physically fit and capable of working in project and site environments.
• Good monitoring and reporting abilities.
• Understanding of operational processes, services, and technical applications.
• Strong communication, coordination, and teamwork skills.
