About the role
The Grand Club at Grand Hyatt The Red Sea is seeking a dedicated Team Leader to ensure an excellent and consistent level of service for its guests. This position is open to Saudi nationals and plays a key part in the day‑to‑day operations of the exclusive Grand Club area. The role involves leading a small team, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring that service protocols are followed.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver high‑quality service to all Grand Club guests, maintaining consistency and excellence.
- Oversee the smooth and efficient running of the Grand Club facilities.
- Coordinate with front‑office and guest‑relations teams to address guest needs promptly.
- Supervise and support staff to uphold service standards.
- Ensure that service procedures are consistently applied throughout the Grand Club.
Required profile
- Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism Management.
- Minimum 2 years experience as an Assistant Manager or Team Leader in Front Office or Guest Relations within a hotel.
- Strong communication and customer‑relations abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage guest relations and front‑office operations.
- Saudi national.
