UI/UX Developer (Arabic Speaker) – Fintech & Banking

About the role

We are looking for a UI/UX Developer who is fluent in Arabic to join a leading fintech and banking organization in Riyadh. The role combines user‑experience design with hands‑on front‑end development to create intuitive, responsive digital products for web and mobile channels. The position is hybrid and includes relocation support.

Key responsibilities

• Design user‑centric interfaces for web, mobile, and back‑office systems using Figma.
• Create wireframes, user flows, prototypes and high‑fidelity UI designs.
• Translate approved designs into responsive, scalable front‑end code.
• Develop interactive UI components with JavaScript and Vue.js (or React/Angular).
• Collaborate with product managers, business analysts and developers to define requirements.
• Maintain consistency, accessibility, performance and compliance with fintech/banking standards.
• Build and maintain design systems and reusable UI components.
• Support UX research, usability testing and data‑driven optimisation.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a UI/UX Developer, Front‑end Developer or Product Designer.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating both design and front‑end implementation.
• Fluent Arabic and English communication skills.
• Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, preferably in fintech or banking.
