About the role

We are looking for a motivated Virtual Customer Service Representative to join our global support team. This fully remote position allows you to assist customers across phone, email, and live chat while working independently in a supportive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
• Provide accurate information on products, services, and policies.
• Assist with basic technical or service‑related issues and guide customers through solutions.
• Handle complaints professionally and escalate complex cases when needed.
• Process orders, returns, exchanges, and service requests efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM systems and ensure documentation is up to date.
• Meet quality standards, productivity targets, and participate in training sessions.

Required profile

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Previous customer service or call‑center experience preferred.
• Excellent listening and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to stay calm and professional under pressure.
• Reliable, self‑motivated, and capable of working independently.
