Waiter

About the role

We are looking for a reliable waiter to support the dining hall operations. You will help prepare the venue before service, maintain cleanliness, and assist the captain waiter in delivering a pleasant experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with morning cleaning of the restaurant and dining area.
• Clean all service utensils before each service.
• Support the captain waiter in setting up the restaurant.
• Maintain personal hygiene and a clean appearance.
• Help with mise en place preparation.
• Transport food from the kitchen to the dining hall.
• Place plates on guests' tables under the captain waiter's guidance.
• Replace ashtrays and refill water glasses during service.
• Clear tables after meals and clean them.
• Carry dirty plates and glasses to the dishwashing area.

Required profile

• Ability to follow instructions from the captain waiter.
• Strong attention to cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to assist colleagues.
• Physical stamina for standing and carrying trays.
• Professional appearance and courteous demeanor.
