About the role
Koinz is seeking a results‑driven Business Development Executive to join its fast‑growing commercial team. You will own the end‑to‑end business development cycle, from market scouting and prospect outreach to negotiations and deal closure, while collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of new partners.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively scan the market to identify new business opportunities, prospects, and partnership potential.
- Conduct outbound outreach via calls, messages, and emails to initiate conversations with potential partners.
- Manage the full business development cycle from first contact through meetings, negotiations, and deal closure.
- Lead and participate in client meetings (online and in‑person), clearly communicating Koinz’s value proposition.
- Build, manage, and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads.
- Develop and maintain long‑term relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and smooth onboarding after deal closure.
- Track activities, meetings, and pipeline progress using CRM or internal tools.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitor activity, and market dynamics.
Required profile
- 2–4 years of experience in Business Development, Sales, or a related commercial role.
- Proven experience in B2B sales, partnerships, or account acquisition.
- Strong background in prospecting, cold calling, and managing client meetings.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple opportunities in parallel.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.
