Commercial Senior Manager

About the role

We are looking for a Commercial Senior Manager to drive revenue growth and enhance customer satisfaction by strategically managing key commercial relationships, negotiating contracts, and developing innovative landside and terminal products.

Key responsibilities

• Lead negotiation, drafting and administration of commercial contracts with shipping lines, landside partners and other stakeholders.
• Serve as primary commercial contact for key accounts, develop tailored account plans and monitor satisfaction.
• Identify market gaps, design and launch new terminal and landside products, and continuously assess product competitiveness.
• Maintain long‑term relationships with shipping lines, freight forwarders, importers, exporters and logistics providers; manage CRM data and represent the company at industry events.
• Monitor industry trends, competitor activity and regulatory changes; produce market intelligence reports to support pricing and strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with legal, finance and operations teams to track contractual KPIs and mitigate risks.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in supply chain, sales or logistics, preferably in shipping, terminal or logistics environments.
• Proven track record in contract negotiation and key‑account management.
• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, business administration or a related field.
• Fluent English with strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Office‑based role with frequent customer meetings and occasional travel for industry events.
