About the role
We are seeking a high‑impact Business Development Manager to lead strategic partnerships and drive revenue growth for Anghami and OSN+ across key GCC industries such as retail, banking, fintech, and e‑commerce. The role sits at the intersection of commercial strategy, partnership development, and user acquisition, with a mandate to unlock new revenue streams and build long‑term alliances.
Key responsibilities
- Identify, develop, and close strategic partnerships to boost user acquisition, engagement, and subscription revenue.
- Design innovative commercial models (bundling, cashback, loyalty, distribution deals) aligned with partner and company goals.
- Own the full deal lifecycle: sourcing, pitching, negotiation, contracting, and launch.
- Manage and expand existing partnerships, driving upsell and performance optimization.
- Collaborate with product, growth, marketing, legal, finance, and operations teams to execute go‑to‑market plans and ensure seamless user journeys.
- Oversee day‑to‑day partnership operations, including campaign execution, reporting, invoicing, and collections.
Required profile
- 5+ years of experience in business development, partnerships, or sales within e‑commerce, fintech, media, telecom, or retail.
- Proven track record of closing high‑value deals and delivering revenue growth in the GCC.
- Experience in digital subscription or OTT businesses is a strong plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
