About the role
The Key Account Manager will develop and expand relationships with regional customers, acting as the primary reference for assigned accounts. You will ensure accurate data management, drive promotional planning, monitor field execution, and support finance processes to maximize visibility and sales.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain complete customer data, including plans, budgets, offers, discounts, inventory, and spend.
- Develop detailed monthly promotion plans, allocate budgets, and translate sales plans into forecasts.
- Monitor channel execution for visibility, pricing, and promotions; create action plans to address shortfalls.
- Ensure compliance with SADAFCO’s merchandising standards through market visits and system checks.
- Prepare presentations to strengthen negotiation power and support contract negotiations.
- Coordinate with finance to process customer claims, manage rebate and incentive budgets, and ensure timely payments.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Economics or Finance (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 4 years of experience in sales or merchandising.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
- Strong analytical, numeracy, and project‑management abilities.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet strict deadlines, and handle multiple priorities.
