About the role
The Business Development Specialist will support the growth of our client portfolio by identifying new opportunities, assisting with outreach, and preparing sales materials. This execution‑focused position works closely with senior team members in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
Key responsibilities
- Identify and qualify new business opportunities and potential clients.
- Assist in lead generation and keep the sales pipeline up‑to‑date.
- Conduct basic market research and competitor analysis.
- Prepare presentations, proposals, and other sales documents.
- Maintain and update CRM systems and client databases.
- Schedule meetings and coordinate with clients and internal teams.
- Follow up on leads and support relationship‑management activities.
- Contribute to reporting and tracking of business‑development metrics.
- Support senior colleagues in daily business‑development operations.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing or a related field.
- 1‑3 years of experience in business development, sales or a similar role.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Good research and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced consulting environment.
- Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with MS Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
