Principal Channel Sales Representative

About the role

Join Honeywell as a Principal Channel Sales Representative, leading relationships with key industrial accounts and driving growth of connected‑industrial solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead account management for key industrial customers, serving as the primary point of contact and developing account plans.
• Identify and pursue growth opportunities within existing accounts, collaborating with marketing, project and after‑market support teams.
• Assess customer needs, conduct workshops and present solutions related to industrial IoT, automation and data analytics.
• Monitor account performance, prepare reports for senior management and maintain up‑to‑date records in CRM tools.
• Foster collaboration across sales and technical teams and represent Honeywell at industry conferences and events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in key account management or sales within the industrial sector.
• Proven track record of managing complex accounts and driving growth in IT/OT technologies.
• Strong understanding of industrial IoT, automation and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency with Salesforce (SFDC) and Microsoft Office Suite.
