Core/Reservation Agent – Luxury Resort

About the role

The Core/Reservation Agent is the primary link between guests and the Four Seasons Red Sea Resort’s services. In this role you will manage guest inquiries, coordinate reservations and respond to service requests, ensuring every interaction is handled with professionalism and efficiency.

Key responsibilities

• Handle incoming guest calls, emails and messages regarding reservations and general enquiries.
• Process bookings, modifications and cancellations using the resort’s reservation system.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, spa and other departments to fulfil guest service requests.
• Provide accurate information about the resort’s facilities, amenities and local attractions.
• Anticipate guest needs and proactively suggest services to enhance their stay.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills in English.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a passion for delivering luxury hospitality experiences.
