Corporate Lawyer – Labor & Commercial Law (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

The Lawyer will manage all legal matters for the company, focusing on labor and commercial law within the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The role ensures the protection of the company’s interests, compliance with local regulations, and provides strategic legal advice to internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the company before courts, labor offices, and dispute resolution committees.
• Prepare and draft legal memoranda, statements of claim, defence submissions, appeals, and other legal documents.
• Monitor and follow up on all legal cases, coordinating with external law firms when required.
• Provide legal advice to various departments, especially on labor law and commercial contracts.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and agreements to mitigate risk.
• Support HR in labor‑related investigations, disciplinary actions, and terminations.
• Prepare periodic reports on legal cases, risks, and compliance status.
• Ensure compliance with real‑estate and commercial sector regulations and contribute to dispute resolution through legal or alternative methods.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law or equivalent.
• Valid license to practice law in Saudi Arabia (mandatory).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in labor and commercial legal practice.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and Commercial Law.
• Excellent communication skills in Arabic; English proficiency preferred.
