About the role

A foreign law firm expanding its presence in Saudi Arabia is looking for a licensed attorney to join its new Riyadh office. The role focuses on providing advanced legal services to both local and foreign corporate clients across a range of commercial matters.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver legal advisory services on corporate matters, contracts, and commercial disputes.
• Prepare and draft legal memoranda, statements of claim, and other litigation documents.
• Review, negotiate, and draft commercial contracts.
• Support clients with foreign investment, company law, and labor‑related issues.
• Participate in negotiations, settlements, and risk‑management activities.

Required profile

• Licensed attorney in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
• Significant practical experience handling corporate, commercial, and litigation matters.
• Professional independence and strong legal analysis capabilities.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the commercial sector and Saudi labor regulations.
