CSA Project Manager – Dammam, Saudi Arabia

About the role

The CSA Project Manager will lead the delivery of construction projects in Dammam, overseeing all phases from hand‑over documentation to project close‑out. You will act as the primary liaison between JEG senior management, the client, consultants and the project delivery team to ensure objectives are met on time, within budget and to quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review tender and pre‑construction hand‑over documents, identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage stakeholder expectations and ensure compliance with JEG SOPs.
• Drive execution of project milestones, monitor KPIs and maintain program controls.
• Serve as day‑to‑day contact for client leadership and execution partners, resolving disputes promptly.
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive project plan aligned with JEG standards.
• Lead and allocate project team resources, flagging deficiencies to the Project Director.
• Coordinate health and safety requirements with the HSE Manager and conduct regular audits.
• Prepare detailed planning and budget reports in collaboration with Project Controls Engineer and QS.
• Proactively manage, communicate and mitigate project risks and issues, escalating when necessary.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of construction experience, including at least 3 years as a Project Manager.
• Relevant university degree or trade qualification (e.g., NVQ).
• Proven experience delivering Data Centre projects.
• Apprenticeship experience is an advantage.
