About the role
Join Tabby’s fast‑growing fintech team as a Customer Service Representative. You will work on‑site in Riyadh, providing bilingual support to millions of users through phone, chat and email. The role is full‑time and includes participation in a recruitment open day where walk‑in interviews are welcome.
Key responsibilities
- Assist customers in Arabic and English via phone, chat and email.
- Answer queries, resolve issues and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Follow established guidelines and use internal tools to deliver accurate and timely solutions.
- Maintain documentation of interactions according to company standards.
Required profile
- Saudi national.
- Fluent in written and spoken Arabic and English (minimum B2 level in English).
- Willingness to work 24/7 rotational shifts from the office.
- Calm under pressure, quick learner and committed to delivering quality service.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Arabic and English communication.
